How do I place an order?
Browse our latest collection and click "Add to Cart" on your chosen items.
When you're ready to check out, click the Bag icon in the top right corner, then select "Checkout".
Fill in your details and click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is processed, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.
This will include your tracking number and a link to follow your order’s journey.
Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails take a few minutes to arrive or may land in your Spam or Promotions folder.
Please check again after 30 minutes. If you still haven’t received anything, reach out to us at info@melbournevogue.comand we’ll happily confirm your order.
Can I change my order?
Before checking out, you can update your cart at any time.
If your order has already been placed, please contact us at info@melbournevogue.com right away — we’ll do our best to make changes before your package ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return the items once received.

My address is incorrect in the confirmation email – what now?

My order arrived incomplete, incorrect, or damaged – what should I do?

Please email us at info@melbournevogue.com with your order number and the issue, and we’ll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
How can I use a voucher or discount code?
At checkout, you’ll see a field labeled "Discount code".
Enter your voucher there and the discount will be applied to your total.
